Your host Fiona says 'I am a descendent of the McCaig family - a relative of John Stuart McCaig who built the Tower, and I successfully campaigned in 1996 for access for all to the Tower. Prior to that anyone of limited ability or with very young children couldn't get in to see the wonderful views.'
Avoncraig is set in an extremely quiet location with no through traffic and yet only minutes from the town centre. Ideal if you are taking a ferry to the islands. Click here for a map.
